One of my favorite "Pieces" in my Studio. This is one of the things that got me into Customizing when I was in HighSchool, Good Ol' ToyFare. And I dont know what issue this came with, but they put out this guide to customizing. And its awesome, so yeah, I matted, and framed the sucka!
